For those that really like meat (and have the budget to foot the extra addition to the weekly grocery bill) the Atkins Diet is probably for you. The Atkins plan is filled with red meat, eggs, chicken - pretty much any meat you can think of. The one thing that is missing are the servings of fruits and vegetables.

2 (on a scale of 1 to 5. 1 being not hungry at all; 5 being starving)
The diet heavy on protein helps keep you feeling fuller longer.
Pros:
If you get sick of eating protein all the time, you can easily switch to one of eDiets other diet programs for no additional cost.
Cons:
I never realized how much I like carbs until I was on the Atkins Diet for a few weeks. We were a little disappointed with eDiets customer service when we emailed them. However, they were great over the phone.
