Summary:

eDiets has a wide variety of different diet plans, so at least one diet plan is bound to fit your lifestyle, personal tastes and preferences. Consider it the "diet depot" - but we call it convenience. One of the things we like the best, is that once you've joined eDiets, you can switch plans to try something new and different. The nice thing about this is that if you're on a low carb plan and decide you want to switch to a low-sodium plan, you can easily do it without losing all of your diet progress details and charts. Sometimes all you need to get over a weight loss plateau is a different plan!

eDiets is certainly the most affordable online diet plan out there at just $4.49 a week. One word of advice, when you sign up they'll prompt you to add a bunch of extras which we personally don't feel are necessary (and they're not required). Items like special vitimins I just don't feel are worth the cost they charge since they're really not much better than the standard daily multivitimin. Just remember, as with any diet, it's only as good as your will power. But eDiets has extra tools to help keep you motivated - which is a nice perk.

Pros:
We appreciate the fact that you can easily switch between weight loss plans.
They're always updating the site with new information about health and fitness which is an excellent resource.

Cons:
If you sign up for email, you'll get a lot of it.
We aren't such a fan of all the online ads, but then when you're only paying $4.50 a week, they've got to pay the bills somehow, so I guess we'll put up with it.
We were disappointed with eDiets lack of response to our emails to customer service. However, our phone call was promptly answered by a friendly service rep.
