One of the things we like the best, is that once you've joined eDiets, you can switch plans to try something new and different. (Sometimes all you need to get over a weight loss plateau is a different plan!)
eDiets is certainly the cheapest diet plan out there at just $4.49 a week. But as with any diet, it's only as good as your will power. But they have extra tools to help keep you motivated.

We appreciate the fact that you can easily switch between weight loss plans.
They're always updating the site with new information about health and fitness which is an excellent resource.
Cons:
If you sign up for email, you'll get a lot of it.
We aren't such a fan of all the online ads, but then when you're only paying $2.99 a week, they've got to pay the bills somehow.
We were disappointed with eDiets lack of response to our emails to customer service. However, our phone call was promptly answered by a friendly service rep.
