Summary:
Low fat diets aren't anything new. In fact, the low fat craze began over a decade ago. But the concept of reducing how much fat you eat to reduce your overall weight is smart. (Just don't forget - low fat doesn't always mean low calorie.)
Hunger:
3 (on a scale of 1 to 5. 1 being not hungry at all; 5 being starving)
Pros:
We enjoyed the recipes offered by this plan. Although, if you plan to stay on the low fat diet for along period of time, you might get bored with the meal choices.
Since this plan is offered by eDiets, if you decide you want to change from the low-fat diet plan to one of eDiets other plans, you can switch at no additional cost.
Cons:
We were disappointed with eDiets lack of response to our emails to customer service. However, our phone call was promptly answered by a friendly service rep.
Cost:
$4.49 per week - billed every 4 weeks ($17.96)
