Pros:
We like the fact that this weight loss plan allows you to have a glass of wine. One of the reasons people fall off their diet, is they miss the little things they used to enjoy before their diet program.
Since this plan is offered by eDiets, if you decide you want to change from the low-fat diet plan to one of eDiets other plans, you can switch at no additional cost. Cons:
We were disappointed with eDiets lack of response to our emails to customer service. However, our phone call was promptly answered by a friendly service rep.
